Aldis Hodge gives a strong performance as Alex Cross
Synopsis
A TV series adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the sophisticated and brilliant detective Alex Cross. In episode 2, Cross tells Sampson that he smells like “mothballs and old spice.” In real life, Isaiah Mustafa appears in big Old Spice commercials as “the guy your man can smell like.” Cross is a new leading-edge series based on the James Patterson novels.
He’s a very underrated actor, I’ve always liked his work
Yes, this series may be a little different from the novels, but they shouldn’t be compared. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, this is a very solid show.
In my opinion, Aldis is the perfect choice for Alex Cross
It starts off slow in the first few episodes, but it gets better and better as the season goes on. Many may disagree, but I think this is the best adaptation of Cross we’ve seen.
