Synopsis
Adaptation of the James Patterson novel series about the complex and brilliant detective Alex Cross. Sequel to the 2001 film Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in 2012’s Alex Cross, which was a box office hit and caused Lionsgate to scrap a previously planned sequel to Double Cross. I’ve read a few Alex Cross books and I found it. I found it well written with good stories and characters, but too scary for my taste. Anyway, I found the series more interesting because it was well written and with good characters. But the picture is very dim. I have to turn off all the lights in my room and put the TV in bright mode (I have an LG OLED). It’s like the people responsible for the picture quality went out to lunch. The cinematography is great in some ways, but in terms of image brilliance, it’s so far removed from any other show that it freaks me out. It would be great if they did that.
