Synopsis
Media analyst Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and his life when he stumbles upon a murder deep in the Poconos. When Muncie Daniels (Colman Domingo) becomes the prime suspect in a murder case involving a prominent white supremacist in the Pocono Woods, he must work to clear his name and protect his estranged family.
Then we learn that he’s a CNN news reporter
The show starts off well and manages to capture your interest right away. It also works well with a little development for the main character Muncie; they even show a few moments of his martial arts training – pretty cool.
So basically, this is a wealthy, smart black man
Moving forward, this smart black man meets another supposedly well-off smart black man, Muncie’s friend, at a bar. They talk about Muncie’s potential status, and then during the conversation, his friend drops the N-word on him.
So, based on that, the series gets an F rating
That did it for me; then it was time to look for something else to watch.
